[Michlib-l] Letting patrons using phone

Good afternoon, We were having issues with patrons using the public facing phone to make quick calls. It was getting to where one patron was using it to solicit, threaten, and sell drugs. Does anyone have a policy on patrons using phones? Right now we have dialed it down to calling dial-a-ride and calling a taxi only. Any advice would be appreciated!
