[Michlib-l] Help finding the title of a kids book, 1950's or early 1960's?

Happy Holidays everyone! I have a patron who is trying to find a kids book from his childhood. He said he thought the name was something like"Short History of the World" with characters in it named " Itchy, Scratchy, and Unga Unga".
