Happy Holidays everyone!

I have a patron who is trying to find a kids book from his childhood. He said he thought the name was something like“Short History of the World” with characters in it named “ Itchy, Scratchy, and Unga Unga”. He is interested in finding the correct title and ISBN number if there is one.

Anyone have any idea?
