[Michlib-l] Scent-free workplace accommodations?

Good day, Does anyone have a policy in place for scent-free workplace accommodations? The city janitor put an air freshener in the library and I had a reaction - nothing major, but I know there are members of the public who could have more adverse reactions to something like that.
