[Michlib-l] Refunds for Credit Card Payments

Good morning, We are in the process of implementing a new pay system for our copy and print services that will allow patrons to pay with credit cards. Since credit card payments are handled by a third party, we are discussing how to best handle refunds. To libraries who accept credit card payments for similar services, how do you handle credit card refunds? I appreciate your insight!
