Some of the essential duties are: * Manages all branch staff. * Manage Collection Development/Reader Service Department along with supervisor. * Responsible for designated budgets including forecasting. * Attends Lakeland Library Cooperative as MADL representative. * Primary contact for the enforcement of MADL policies, procedures, and the patron code of conduct involving concerns and issues by patrons. * Maintains professional relationships with administrators, staff, professional and institutional organizations, the community at large and various outside agencies. * Supports the Director in fostering a creative, team-oriented work environment. * Assists Director with multiple projects.
