The Branch Operations Manager, reports to the Library Director.  Some of the essential duties are:

• Manages all branch staff.
• Manage Collection Development/Reader Service Department along with supervisor.
• Responsible for designated budgets including forecasting.
• Attends Lakeland Library Cooperative as MADL representative.
• Primary contact for the enforcement of MADL policies, procedures, and the patron code of conduct involving concerns and issues by patrons.

• Maintains professional relationships with administrators, staff, professional and institutional organizations, the community at large and various outside agencies.
• Supports the Director in fostering a creative, team-oriented work environment.
• Assists Director with multiple projects.
