Good afternoon, I have some questions. 1. Patrons using our Michigan Legal Self Help computer are having printing issues. It prints the first page, but then it fails to print the rest. Is anyone having these issues? We have a dedicated computer and printer for the Michigan Legal Self Help and it is not connected to our server or any staff computers. It is set up as a standalone kiosk. I would like to know how some of your legal self help computers are set up. This computer runs on Microsoft Windows 11. 2. For the public computers, what software is everyone using? We currently use mConsole (Sanilac Computer Products, Sandusky, MI). We have so many issues with our staff computers connecting, printing, and performing other functions with the public computers. We have 4 public computers that connect to two of our circulation desk computers. We are also experiencing technical support problems. We never get a response. All of our computers run on Microsoft Windows 11. I am curious if anyone is having these issues. Plus what is everyone doing/using? Any information is helpful. Thank you!
