
We are thrilled to announce that /TEDxAlpenaPublicLibraryLive/ is returning to the Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library on Thursday April 27^th , 2017 from 2:00 pm-10:00pm. The independently organized event is a live broadcast of the official TED2017 Conference. TED2017’s theme is /The Future You/ and the Northeast Michigan community will be able to participate in the fourth day of TED sessions live streamed from Vancouver, Canada in the comfort of their library chairs. /TEDxAlpenaPublicLibraryLive /will include three sessions from the TED2017 Conference- /Bugs and Bodies, It’s Personal, and Tales of Tomorrow/. Conference speakers will include writers, psychologists, scientists, activists, poets, an astrophysicist, historians and more of the world’s most innovative artists, designers and story-tellers.
