are thrilled to announce that TEDxAlpenaPublicLibraryLive
is
returning to the Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public
Library on Thursday
April 27th, 2017 from 2:00 pm-10:00pm. The
independently organized
event is a live broadcast of the official TED2017 Conference.
TED2017’s theme
is The Future You
and the Northeast
Michigan community will be able to participate in the fourth
day of TED
sessions live streamed from Vancouver, Canada in the comfort
of their library
chairs.
TEDxAlpenaPublicLibraryLive
will
include three sessions from the TED2017 Conference- Bugs and Bodies, It’s Personal, and Tales of
Tomorrow. Conference speakers will include writers,
psychologists,
scientists, activists, poets, an astrophysicist, historians
and more of the
world’s most innovative artists, designers and story-tellers.
