I've attached something you may be able to work with. We are also currently updating our policies and would really appreciate any insights you can share. Specifically, I’m looking for a list of policies that are commonly implemented, as well as those that are legally required. Your input would be greatly appreciated—thank you in advance! Best regards,

Hello, We have a long list of policies that we need to create or update, but most urgently I'm needing to develop an employee conduct policy and some form of an employee improvement plan or disciplinary system.
The immediate need is to address two staff members who are extremely harsh and disrespectful in interacting with their colleagues, often acting as if they are an authority figure through intimidation (despite the fact that they are peers, but then denying and deflecting when coached on how this is not an appropriate or helpful dynamic).
I would like to have a broader policy that covers a wide variety of staff conduct expectations, so if anyone has a policy or a coaching/accountability process they're willing to share, I'd very much appreciate it!
