[Michlib-l] Paperless Board Packets

Are any libraries utilizing a software solution to create "paperless" board packets? I know that we can simply create PDF packets and e-mail them, but am wondering about something that will allow us to create a virtual agenda that is accessible throughout the month and accessible to the public as well.
