The Clinton-Macomb Public Library is seeking a high quality candidate with outstanding customer service skills to join our Customer CARE team as a Part-time Customer Concierge. This position may include, assisting customers with obtaining library cards, resolving account issues, registering patrons for programs and placing holds. This person may also troubleshoot our automated materials handling system amongst other duties.
