Hi, Andrea: We charge $0.15/page for sending with no limit. I've empowered my staff to waive the fees if it's for court/state filings, employment, or medical. Interestingly, people are so happy we're providing the service at that rate, so they just gratefully pay for it anyhow. We are seeing quite a few courts document related faxes that are 20+ pages and the fee for those faxes seems out of line with the amount of work our staff are putting into the sending of them. We're looking at adding a max fee/fax and I'm curious as to what other libraries are doing regarding fees for this service.
