Hi, Andrea:

We charge $0.15/page for sending with no limit. I've empowered my staff to waive the fees if it's for court/state filings, employment, or medical. Interestingly, people are so happy we're providing the service at that rate, so they just gratefully pay for it anyhow. 

We do not receive faxes for patrons, so we don't charge for that.

We are seeing quite a few courts document related faxes that are 20+ pages and the fee for those faxes seems out of line with the amount of work our staff are putting into the sending of them. We're looking at adding a max fee/fax and I'm curious as to what other libraries are doing regarding fees for this service.
