Hi, Folks. After some conversations with board members, I'm feeling the need for insight and guidance. I have two only broadly-related questions: 1. What does HeritageQuest (to which we currently have a subscription that costs money) offer that Family Search (which is free) does not? Ease of use, bells and whistles, words of kind encouragement, a chance to win a pig? 2. What other services does your library offer that are popular or, in your estimation, valuable beyond usage statistics, that my library should have, too? Here's what we offer now: OverDrive (with all the pay per use stuff--Kanopy, Great Courses, etc) through a cooperative consortium Consumer Reports directly through the cooperative Mango Languages also through the cooperative Craft and Hobby through the cooperative Hoopla NewsBank (Access World News and the Michigan virtual editions) Wall Street Journal New York Times Online Heritage Quest Freegal What else do we need to make us the envy of all of you?
