Join the American Legion Post 419 and the Pinckney Community Public Library as we celebrate our nation’s symbol of independence and pride with the "I Pledge Allegiance: Flag History and Etiquette" presentation on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, at 6:30pm. Commemorating the adoption of the U.S. flag, this program explores the "Stars and Stripes" as a living symbol of freedom and sacrifice. Veterans from the American Legion will lead an interactive session on the history, significance, and proper care of our national emblem.
