If your library building is a multi-level building, these questions may be for you. We are a small class II library, but have 2 levels to our building (main floor, and a basement level where our children's room is housed). We do not have staff located in our children's area full time, but we do have security cameras so we can see what is happening. We are looking for advice, comment, suggestions about how to improve our staff communication between levels. Do you have an intercom system? Do you rely on land-line or cell phone to communicate? What other ideas may work? If you do have some sort of communication system between levels, is it two-way communication or only 1-way? Where/what company did you go with for your system? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -Laura Orlowski, Library Director Jonesville District Library 517-849-9701 info@jonesvilledistrictlibrary.org
