Due to retirement, the Charlotte Community Library is looking to hire an Assistant Director. The Assistant Director would provide services for the library as assigned by the Library Director but includes overseeing staff daily. This is an hourly full-time position at 35 hours a week with health benefits and a retirement plan. The pay is $22.00-$25.00 an hour. The person who will join our team must be strong in leadership and knowledgeable in human resources.
