Michigan tax booklets have arrived at TADL Woodmere We are still waiting for the Home Heating Credit (MI-1040 CR-7) We also received our initial shipment of IRS 1040 instruction books. No word on the forms to go with them. I called last week to order quantities of the most common other forms -- Schedules A, B, C, 4868, etc. and was told that the order taker could only request up to 100 of the forms, the website allows only 20 and was her original response as well. I'd be interested in others' experience with ordering more than 20 forms at a time.
