We are updating our procedures on long overdues - and wonder if anyone out there uses Small Claims Court as a means to getting response from patrons that have many items that are not returned. If so, is that process successful in either getting the items returned or some sort of payment? Also, has there been any negative back lash in regards to taking people to court.
