New applicants are encouraged to apply. Submission of a Notice of Intent to Apply is required to be eligible for this competition and is due Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 5:00pm, eastern. Applications are due Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to CNCS. For state-level applicants only: do not provide information directly to CNCS, but rather to the commission in the state the applicant intends to operate the program.
