Hi all - we are looking at updating and expanding our presenter/performer contracts to handle the complexities of virtual programming and an ever-shifting environment of pandemic. Would love it if you could share examples of your contract (s), especially if they include language around content creation, quality control and ownership / usage of content. We also have not formerly included a force majeure clause or spelled out how cancellations or rescheduling programs would work. Thanks so much! Responses off list are fine.
