Extra Fed 1040 and EZ Instruction Booklets

I'm curious if any libraries out there actually received ANY bulk Federal income tax instruction booklets this year? My understanding after calling the IRS to confirm it a couple months ago was that the TFOP is no longer sending these to institutional income tax form providers. Did I miss something?
