Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School seeks a part-time Reference Librarian for its Lansing Campus Library. The successful candidate will assist law students, faculty and public patrons conducting legal research. Will be responsible for traditional reference duties and bibliographic instruction. Assist the full time librarians in the teaching of various instructional classes and research projects. Conducts presentations and assists with instructional support. Requires day, evening, and weekend shifts. Flexibility regarding scheduling is required. Qualifications: M.L.S. and/or J.D is required. Strong verbal, written, teaching and organizational skills; proficiency in software applications; service oriented, self-directed, and able to deal with complex decision-making.
