The Springfield Township Library, located in Davisburg, MI is currently seeking a PT Reference Librarian (20 hrs per week). The ideal candidate will be available during evening hours and Saturdays. Qualification: MLS or equivalent from ALA accredited school, public library experience preferred, strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic positive public service orientation. Online research skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities: Reference and readers advisory, adult programming, provide instruction and support for e-media resources, instruct patrons in use of the library and its print and electronic resources.
