Carol Trembath came to the St. Clair County Library System last Monday to talk about her book Out of Slavery: A Novel of Harriet Tubman. Carol was well received and several attendees asked if she could visit again. Carol's presentation had been delayed from its original date due to winter storms and she was flexible and understanding with these circumstances. As a teacher and librarian, Carol's passion for the subject matter was very evident. I look forward to bringing her back in the future.
