Hi, If you have some sort of process for you to recognize when a staff member goes above and beyond, could you please share that with me? What you do, does the person receive anything? For instance if you saw a coworker handle a difficult situation with grace, or someone went out of their way to help you out with something. Do you fill out a form and have a wall for this or what?
