Hi Tina – We have a Part-time facility manager. He works 20-22 hours per week and is hourly. He currently is paid $22.00 / hour. He does no landscaping or cleaning, we contract out separately for those two services. We have two buildings that he is responsible for: 120 year old Carnegie and 20 year old main library.
