The process shall include these areas: - Services- Materials- Technology- Facility- Civic Engagement- OtherThe process shall include meetings with community members and leaders, staff, Friends of the Library and the Board of Trustees. In addition, the process shall include a survey to library users and non-users in the library service area. The process shall be completed and a formal report submitted by December 31, 2015.
