Hi all,Harrison Township Public Library recently transitioned from being an all volunteer run library to a tax-payer funded institution. Located on Lake St. Clair in Macomb County county, HTPL operates with a budget of approximately $450,000 annually and serves a population of about 25,000. It's time for us to start thinking about putting together a strategic plan. I was wondering if other libraries with a comparable budget would be willing to share with us copies of their past or current strategic plans?
