This individual performs a range of activities throughout the life cycle of e-resources, including ordering, activating, customizing, renewing, canceling, and troubleshooting the library's databases, e-books, e-journals, and streaming video and audio services. The position also provides support for acquisitions and cataloging. Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
