POSITION: Circulation Supervisor – Full Time (35 hours per week). Includes evening and weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday). QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s Degree or equivalent; 2-3 years library circulation experience; 1-2 years supervisory experience; demonstrated ability to use computer technology; Sierra/Innovative experience preferred; project development experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans, organizes and directs the operations of circulation services; evaluates effectiveness of the department and sets standards for staff; assumes supervisory responsibility for the circulation department including orientation, scheduling, supervision, evaluation, training and development of staff; oversees and monitors department budget; develops and implements procedures; suggests policies and policy revisions for circulation-related issues; oversees MeL inter-library loan program.
