Hello - just a reminder that these materials are still available free to your library until Apr. 1, 2017. Content and condition The titles listed on the 'new' sheet are extra copies of fiction and non-fiction (hard and soft cover) books submitted to the Michigan Notable Books program over the last year and either contain Michigan content and/or were written by a Michigan author. The 'used' tab contains paperbacks that were received as donations and are not needed in our collections (they have no library stamps/labels). How to request Please submit requests by email (respond to this message). If you are local or passing through, you are welcome to schedule a time to select and claim materials on-site from 8am-5pm, Mon.-Fri. Email bartlettb@michigan.gov<mailto:bartlettb@michigan.gov> if you want to schedule a visit. Email requests are handled on a first-come basis by date and time. Some or all of the materials you request may no longer be available at the point we receive your email. Only requests for which we can supply NO materials will receive an email response. Shipping The Library of Michigan has limited funding for shipping. We will ship free for materials costing up to $20.00 per institution until/unless the funding is exhausted. If your request will cost more than $20.00 to ship, we will contact you to arrange reimbursement or pick-up. We cannot send materials via MeLDelivery, nor do we accept postage reimbursement. Materials will only be shipped via UPS or Interdepartmental mail (for state government only). Email requests must include the title as noted on the spreadsheet(s), a delivery address (street address only, no p.o. box), contact name, phone number and email address. Hi Bernadette, If the following books are still available I would be interested in being able to get them for Lake Superior State University Library (ZA005). The titles follow: Bedford Square, by Anne Perry Little House on the Prairie, by Laura Ingalls Wilder King of Torts, by John Grisham Insomnia, by Stephen King Mrs. Polifax, Innocent Tourist, by Dorothy Gilman We participate in the RIDES delivery system and would appreciate receiving that way if possible.
