Not many responses but here are the few I received. * Our security company offers panic buttons as an additional service. We have two behind the desk and one in a back room. Staff knows the parameters for using them and luckily we have never had that opportunity. I do believe the mere fact that we have them has made people feel a bit more comfortable when dealing with unruly patrons. * We have HONEYWELL 269R DURESS BUTTON DPDT 269R They were implement by a local security company who won the bid for this. * Even though we are not a part of the city of Grand Haven, the GH Dept of Public Safety gives all of our employees access to Rave Panic Button.
