Hi Library Land! We were thinking of doing a Pop Up Food Pantry in our library's lobby to try and address the upcoming loss of SNAP and other services. At this moment, we're only thinking of offering the mini pantry during November and December so it wouldn't be a long term thing. I found this post from CSLP https://www.cslpreads.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/library_pantries_feed_c... and I know some Michigan libraries have permanent little food pantries. Does anyone have any tips on what works and what doesn't or any other advice? We're hoping to start asap. Thanks!
