Not sure who the lucky libraries are that have received their shipment of MI tax booklets and CR-7 booklets (AADL has not) but here's the explanation from Heather Case at MI Treasury on the delay: The Home Heating Credit percentage was not determined until mid-January which delayed the printing of the MI-1040CR7 book/form and all shipment to libraries. Our mailing vendor is telling us that 1/2 of the bulk shipments were sent out last week and the other half will be completed this week.
