Hi Everyone, Is there any metric or 'rule of thumb' for what % of a service population has active library cards? Or is it just look at what you currently have and determine what % you would like to increase that membership? If the latter, what would be considered reasonable/realistic, aggressive, or unrealistic? Thanks!
