The chair of our personnel committee has asked me to collect employee handbooks from other libraries, "preferably big libraries", she said. I am encouraging the committee to have an employment law specialist draft the policies for us, so I hope that happens. If anyone would share for comparison purposes I would appreciate it. Thank you.
