Please search the list in alphabetical order by county. PPT reimbursements are calculated and issued to municipalities based on the millage rates that are reported to the Michigan Department of Treasury on Tax Rate Request L-4029 (Form 614). The Form 614 states that the form must be completed for each unit of government for which property tax is levied. Therefore, if a library millage is reported on the Form 614 for a city, the library millage would be included in the city's PPT reimbursement calculation. Please direct libraries to contact Treasury directly if they have any questions regarding the calculation of the PPT reimbursements.
