Do you want to have your voice heard in support of Michigan Libraries by lawmakers in Washington D.C.? Join the Michigan Delegation to National Library Legislative Day (NLLD)! NLLD is a two day event that provides advocacy training and materials to prepare librarians and library supporters from all over the country to meet their Representatives and Senators and advocate for issues affecting libraries. NLLD is an opportunity to learn advocacy techniques from experts in the ALA Washington Office- techniques that can be used in Washington, AND in states, cites, townships, villages and districts.
