Is anyone familiar with this product or worked with it before? Is there a catch? It sounds like a good deal, but I don't want to get sucked into something that requires payment later. It's a great resource for our patrons. It's on the up-and-up. We joined with them last year and other libraries had already been on board for awhile. A few librarians air some concerns, and the company's CEO (or someone claiming to be him, anyway) actually wrote a reply that addressed them.
