Hi, Kat. I would suggest either getting a folding, wall-mounted changing table in both men's and women's bathroom (out a family bathroom if you are so lucky to hand one), or a changing pad with a plastic cover for the countertop. You would likely have to make a holder for the pad; but it would keep the pad from moving around during changing. Best of luck!
