An industry with a long history in Michigan and that has a major impact on today's economy, brewing relies on clean water to create high-quality beer. Kris Spaulding, president and owner of Brewery Vivant in Grand Rapids, will discuss the history and importance of water and sustainability in Michigan's world-class craft brewing industry. Joining her for this conversation will be Margrethe Kearney, a senior attorney with the Environmental Law and Policy Center.
