Hi, My library has recently had two notices of copyright infringement from our internet provider. While I understand from our lawyer that the Library is not liable to the copyright owner under DCMA's Safe Harbor clause, the internet provider has mentioned in its notice that it can drop us as a customer if the illegal downloading continues. To that end, I would like to buy software that requires wireless users to have a library card so that we can identify and possibly suspend an infringer's use of the internet; I believe that the internet provider would be happy with that.
