
Hello Everyone, We are looking at changing our process for moving books that are long overdue to a lost status. Could you share: a) How long you let a book go overdue before changing it to lost b) If you circulate DVDs, do you have a different time period or is it the same? Thanks so much for your input! Hello Andrea, Our overdue items go to LOST status when they are 4 weeks overdue. This includes all items, including the DVDs.
