Hi Jaema, We don't have self service. Our fax machine is in the back room/office area. There is a window between the public and office areas of the library that is next to the fax machine, which helps patrons feel more secure about a stranger walking off with their faxes. Do you keep the fax machine behind the service area where only staff can process it? 3. Do you keep the fax machine in a public area and give patrons a choice of whether they want to do it themselves or get help with it? 4. Any other configurations of fax service?
