Policies for Study Rooms

Good morning, everyone: We're having study rooms installed, and are considering best practices for providing access (sign-up versus "first come, first served"), and setting/enforcing a time limit. If you're willing to share your library's study room policies and/or your experiences with study rooms, it would be much appreciated! I'll collect any responses I receive and share them with anyone who's interested. Many thanks-- Paige "I read everything. The library fed me." --Louise Erdrich, when asked 'What kind of reader were you as a child?'
