If so, please join the Kettering University Library as an Electronic Resources Specialist. This individual will perform various activities throughout the electronic resources life cycle, but more specifically, will assist with compiling and evaluating usage data. They will also work closely with the Electronic Resources Librarian to troubleshoot access issues and maintain electronic materials in Alma, our library services platform. Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills are required, as well as experience in data analysis using software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Preferred experience with coding and automation tools.
