You probably know exactly where everything is located, but what happens when you are unable to provide the answers? This two-part session will help you develop a tool that will be invaluable to staff and future employees. Part one will provide the foundation and tips to creating a building book for your library. In part two of the workshop, we will look at completed books, share insights, and discuss any obstacles or concerns with each other.
